绝经前后妇女阴道壁黏膜甲状腺激素功能性受体表达的变化

Changes of the expression of thyroid hormone functional receptor in vaginal wall mucosa between pre- and post menopausal women

摘要 目的探讨绝经前后阴道壁黏膜甲状腺激素功能性受体(thyroid hormone functional receptors,TR)表达的变化。方法选取绝经后Ⅲ期子宫脱垂伴阴道前后壁脱垂妇女24例为绝经组,未绝经妇女13例为未绝经组。两组患者均行全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术。采用免疫组化二步法和全自动图像分析检测阴道壁组织中的甲状腺激素功能性受体α1、β1和β2的表达情况。结果两组患者阴道壁组织中均存在TRα1、TRβ1、β2的表达。绝经组TRα1、TRβ1、TRβ2的阳性表达率分别为(19.22±7.30)%、(10.99±4.97)%和(8.45±5.64)%,未绝经组TRα1、TRβ1、TRβ2的阳性表达率分别为(45.14±20.30)%、(32.38±12.30)%和(16.26±5.09)%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论绝经前后妇女阴道壁组织中均有甲状腺激素功能性受体的表达,而绝经后阴道壁黏膜甲状腺激素功能性受体的表达下降,与绝经后妇女阴道壁黏膜萎缩的发生有一定的关系。 Objective To investigate the change of thyroid hormone functional receptors (TR) in vaginal wall between pre- and post- menopausal women. Methods 24 post- menopausal patients with uterine prolapse were randomly chosen as post- menopausal group and 13 pre - menopausal women were chosen as control group. 100 milligram vaginal wall mucosa were obtained from the two groups during hysterectomy and (or) colporrhaphia anterior-posterior. The expression of thyroid hormone functional receptor (TRαl, TRβ1, TRβ2) in vaginal wall mucosa were analyzed by means of immunohistochemistry and automatic image analysing system. Results Immu nohistochemistry and histomorphologic analysis revealed that the expression of TRαl, TRβ1, and TRβ2 were existed in both groups. The positive expression rate of TRal, TRβ1 and TRβ1 in post - menopausal group was (19.22± 7. 30)%, (10. 99 ± 4. 97)% and (8. 45 ± 5.64)%, respectively. While in pre - menopausal group, that were (45.14±20.30)%, (32. 38±12. 30)% and (16.26±5.09)%, respectively. The positive cells and strongly positive cells of TRαl, TRβ1, TRβ2 in the pre - menopausal group were significantly higher than that in post - menopa- usal group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Decreased TR in vaginal wall may have certain relationship with the vaginal wall mucosa atrophy in post-menopausal women.
