阴道滴虫感染与子宫颈细胞学异常的相关性分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨阴道滴虫感染与高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染及宫颈细胞学异常的相关性。方法收集唐山市妇幼保健院2004年3月至2010年3月行宫颈液基细胞学检查和HR-HPV检测的39302例妇女的临床资料,比较滴虫感染组和无滴虫感染组患者HR-HPV感染和宫颈细胞学异常的检出率,以及HR-HPV与滴虫双重感染组和单纯HR-HPV感染组宫颈细胞学异常的检出率。结果在39302例妇女中,滴虫感染4163例(10.59%),HPV感染8636例(21.97%),滴虫和HPV双重感染927例(2.36%)。检出未明确诊断意义的非典型性鳞状细胞(ASCUS)2079例(5.29%),低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)852例(2.17%),高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)397例(1.01%)。并且滴虫感染和HR-HPV感染无相关性(r=0.001,P>0.05);滴虫感染组和无滴虫感染组宫颈细胞学异常的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);双重感染组和HR-HPV感染组不同级别宫颈细胞学异常检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论滴虫感染不增加HR-HPV感染和宫颈细胞学异常发生的风险。
