尿HB试剂盒对恶性肿瘤诊断价值的三对照研究

The Evaluation For Cancer Diagnosis by Urine HB Tumor Marker Detection Kit.

〔目的〕为了探讨一种新的尿 HB肿瘤标志物检测试剂盒在恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。〔方法〕对广州市各类原发性恶性肿瘤及良性肿瘤病人、良性疾病患者和正常人群的尿样进行了检测。〔结果〕该试剂盒对各类恶性肿瘤检测平均阳性率 70 .30 % ,明显高于良性肿瘤对照组 (2 0 .0 0 % )、良性疾病对照组 (12 .12 % )和健康人群对照组(4 .6 2 % ) ,对肿瘤诊断的灵敏度和特异度分别为 82 .5 5 %和 88.2 0 % ,诊断准确率为 88.98%。〔结论〕提示该试剂盒对恶性肿瘤检测有较高的灵敏度和特异性 ,良性肿瘤和良性疾病因素对检测结果的干扰较小 ,具有广谱、简捷、采样无创伤等优点 ,可作为癌症的检测指标 ,在肿瘤高危人群的筛选方面 ,以及作为恶性肿瘤的辅助诊断方面均有较好的应用价值。

睴bjective〕In order to evaluate the application of a new urine HB tumor marker detection kit for cancer diagnosis.〔Methods〕we detected urine samples from various primary malignant cancer,benign tumor,common diseases and health population by the kit.〔Results〕The results demonstrated that the average positive rate of HB in urine from various common primary cancer patients was 70.30%,it was significant higher than that from benign tumor(20.00%),common diseases (12.12%)and health population (4.62%)(P<0 01).The sensitivity and specificity of cancer diagnosis were separately 82 55% and 88 20%,the accuracy for cancer diagnosis was 88.98%.〔Conclusions〕It is indicated that there are higher sensitivity and specificity to cancer diagnosis and less influence from benign tumor and common diseases,and the kit is a wide,rapid and simple assay,suggesting that the kit might be a good assay for cancer screening of high risk population and for assistant cancer diagnosis.
