卵巢环状小管性索肿瘤伴颗粒细胞瘤及支持细胞瘤分化一例被引量：2

摘要患者女，37岁。因月经周期延长2年，停经3个月，B超发现右卵巢肿物1周，于2010年6月17日收入院。妇科检查：宫颈、子宫均无异常。子宫右后方可扪及约4cm大包块，骶骨前方可扪及约3cm大包块。左附件区空虚。妇科B超示：子宫偏小，右附件区囊实性混合性包块。
