ShadeStar电子比色仪与目测法比色在烤瓷修复中的比较

Comparision of ShadeStar electronic colorimeter with visual method in the repair of PFM crown

目的:评价登士柏ShadeStar电子比色仪选色和比色板目测法选色之间的修复效果差异。方法:来我院口腔科进行牙齿烤瓷修复的120例患者,随机分为两组,每组60例。由1名口腔修复专业医师分别采用比色仪ShadeStar及比色板目测比色,同一技师根据所选颜色制作相应的烤瓷冠(porcelain fused tometal,PFM)。修复完成后,观察修复体颜色匹配效果,并比较医生及患者满意度。结果:ShadeStar比色仪组满意度均高于目测组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用shadeStar电子比色仪测色,临床烤瓷修复效果优于目测法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical application of the ShadeStar eletroniccolorimeter by comparing with visual method. Methods 120 patients who wanted to repair teeth with porcelain fused to metal （PFM） crowns in Stomatology of Longgang District Center Hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups before repairs,each group with 60 cases.ShadeStar colorimeter and shade guide respectively were used by the same prosthodontics doctor.After colorimetric matching, the same dental technician finished PFM crowns according to the selected color.Observed the clinical color effects of teeth after PFM crowns repairs,and compared the satisfactions of doctor and patients. Results There were significant differences between ShadeStar colorimeter group and visual method group in satisfactions ShadeStar eletronic colorimeter （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of PFM with the application of is better than that of visual method.
