尖锐湿疣防治药物的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 尖锐湿疣是人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)引起的性传播疾病。近年来,尖锐湿疣发病率不断上升,已居我国性传播疾病的第二位。本病具有传染性强,潜伏期长,易复发的特点,因此根除相关HPV病毒的感染是抗复发和治愈本病的关键,其中新药的研制和应用研究是防治尖锐湿疣的重要环节。本文拟对尖锐湿疣防治药物的研究进展做一综述。
