鼻尖肥厚的综合手术整复

Treatment of nasorostral hypertrophy with combined nasorostral rhinoplasty

目的:针对不同种类的鼻尖肥厚采用综合手术整复以获得良好的鼻尖形态。方法:通过鼻尖软组织松解、纤维脂肪组织切除、鼻尖区软骨重建等手术有效矫正不同类型的鼻尖肥大。结果:本组共36例患者,均接受鼻尖软组织松解、纤维脂肪组织切除、鼻尖区软骨重建等手术有效改善了鼻尖形态,随访2～6月,取得较好的手术效果。结论:鼻尖肥厚的综合整复手术可有效改善鼻尖形态,取得了良好的手术效果。

Objective Using combined rhinoplasty technique to treat different kind of oriental female patients with nasorostral hypertrophy. Methods 36 patients were treated with dissecting and removing partial nasorostral soft tissue and reconstructing nasorostral cartilage. Results The follow- up period was 2 to 12 months. 33 patients got satisfied affection besides 3 patients. Conclusion Our combined nasorostral rhinoplasty technique is effective for correction of nasorostral hypertrophy.
