摘要 间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cells，MSCs）是干细胞家族的重要成员，来源于早期中胚层和外胚层的一类多能干细胞。MSCs最初在骨髓中发现，随后在多种组织中分离得到，包括肌肉、脂肪、大脑、软骨、牙髓以及脐带等。大量研究表明，MSCs具有巨大的治疗潜力，因为其具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能，在体内或体外的合适条件下能分化成为多种成体细胞，从而实现组织重建：
