花都区2006-2011年流动人口血吸虫病监测效果分析

Surveillance of Schistosomiasis in the Mobile Population in Huadu, Guangdong

目的了解花都区流动人口血吸虫病感染情况,为制定血吸虫病巩固监测技术方案提供科学依据。方法 2006-2011年在花都区开展流动人口血吸虫病的主动监测和被动监测。每年调查≥6周岁的外来流动人口200人以上。被动监测通过疫情网络报病系统对全区输入性可疑病例进行核查,用胶体金免疫渗滤法(DIGFA)筛查,抗体阳性者再用改良加藤氏法(Kato-katz)或尼龙绢集卵法检查血吸虫虫卵、毛蚴。结果 2006-2011年对花都区流动人口进行常规主动监测1200人,选择性主动监测983人,血吸虫抗体阳性率分别为0.17%和2.95%(χ2=27.95,P<0.01),各发现慢性血吸虫病病人0例和3例(其中排虫卵者1例)。6年被动监测共发现血吸虫病患者10例,均为临床诊断病例。结论花都区来自疫区的流动人口中存在输入性血吸虫病病例,为巩固血防成果,今后必须加强对这一人群的监测。

Objective To understand the distribution of schistosomiasis in the mobile population in Huadu district, so as to provide scientific basis for making up technical strategy of surveillance. Methods Both the active and passive methods were used to monitor the incidences of schistosomiasis in the mobile population in huadu districts from 2006 to 2011. 200 subjects（aged^6） from the foreign mobile population were investigated.Imported cases were monitored through the passive epidemic reporting network system. The subjects were initially screened using DIGFA, and the sero-positive subjects were further checked with the improved Kato-katz or through the inspection of eggs and miracidium. Results Between 2005 and 2009,1 200 and 983 subjects were monitored by the active and selective-active methods, respectively. The sero-positive rate for these two groups of subjects was 0.17% and 2.95% （x2=27.95 ,P〈0.01 ）, respectively.Three cases of chronic schistosomasis were found through the active monitoring method, and 1 case was found to have eggs in the stools. 10 chronic cases were found through the passive monitoring method. Most of the imported cases 76.92%（10/13） were under 20-50 years old. Conclusions Most of the incidences of schistosomasis were imported cases in the Guangdong province. The mobile ＂population should be closed monitored.
