乌司他丁对支气管哮喘小鼠氧化应激及血红素加氧酶-1的影响 被引量:5

摘要 乌司他丁(Ulinastatin)是一种高效广谱水解酶抑制剂,临床上已广泛应用于弥漫性血管内凝血、急性肺损伤等炎性疾病的治疗,但其在过敏性哮喘中的抗氧化作用及其与血红素加氧酶-1(heme oxygenase-1,HO-1)的关系尚不明了,本研究中从氧化应激角度探讨乌司他丁在卵清白蛋白(OVA)诱导的支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)小鼠模型中的作用及其与HO-1的关系,为探寻新的高效安全的临床哮喘治疗药物提供线索。
