推进多模态脑成像技术的研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,以MRI为代表的多模态影像技术快速发展,以及相应多种数据分析方法的出现,为人脑成像提供了从结构到功能丰富的定量化信息,全面提高对人脑机制的认识,并提高对精神、神经疾病的影像诊断能力。多模态影像可分为不同模态间和同种模态内的联合。不同的成像手段:如MRI、PET、脑电、脑磁图描记及光学成像技术的联合应用为模态间联合。其中MRI本身即可多模态成像:三维高分辨结构像用来观察形态改变;弥散和灌注成像技术则从水分子运动微观层面及血流层面提供信息;
