现代信息技术推进西藏农技推广手段创新

Promoting the Innovation of Agricultural Technology Extension in Tibet by Information Technology

针对西藏农技推广与信息服务中存在的主要问题,西藏农科院利用藏语Web技术、3G通讯技术及多媒体技术等现代信息技术积极创新农技推广手段,总结了西藏农技推广和农村信息服务的效果和经验,并展望了云计算、物联网等其他信息技术在西藏农牧业生产和农村信息服务领域的应用前景。

For the main problems in Tibet＇s agricultural technology extension and information services,Tibetan WEB technology,3G technology,multimedia technology and other modern IT were used by Tibet Agriculture Academy to actively make innovations in agricultural technology extension.The effects and experience of agricultural technology extension and rural information services in Tibet were summarized in this paper,and the future of cloud computing,networking and other IT application prospects in the agricultural and animal husbandry production and rural information services in Tibet were given.
