建设创新型城市是建设创新型国家的地方化和具体化的体现,是转变城市发展模式的内在要求。地方高校承担着为区域培养人才、为地方经济、社会发展服务和文化传承创新的任务,其作用的发挥程度直接影响着区域城市的综合发展状况。建设创新型城市,地方高校在建设创新型城市中作用非常明显。
The construction of innovative city is the manifestation of localization and specification of innovative country,and is the inherent requirement in the transformation of urban development mode.Local colleges and universities bear the task for regional personnel training,local economy and social development serving and culture innovation.The degree of its role plays a direct impact on the comprehensive development of the regional cities.It is obvious that local colleges and universities take an important role in the construction of innovative city.
