摘要
目的建立一种同步测定车前子超微速溶饮片中京尼平苷酸与毛蕊花糖苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法采用液相色谱法,色谱柱为HypersilODS2C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:254nm,柱温:30℃。结果京尼平苷酸与毛蕊花糖苷的线性范围分别为0.191~1.910μg(r2=0.9998)和0.2002~2.002μg(r2=0.9999);平均加样回收率分别为100.1%(RSD=0.57%,n=6)和99.8%(RSD=0.28%,n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,测定结果准确,重复性好,可作为该产品质控的方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of geniposidic acid and verbascoside in superfine instant pieces of Semen Plantaginis by HPLC. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on a Hypersil ODS2 C18 column (4.6mm x 250mm,5 μ m),The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wave-length was 254nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results The linear ranges of geniposidic acid and verbascoside were 0.191-1.910μg(r2= 0.9998) and 0.2002-2.002 μ g(r2=0.9999);The average recoveries were 100.1% (RSD=0.57%,n=6) and 99.8% (RSD=0.28%,n=6). Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid and accurate.It can be used in the quality control of superfine instant pieces of Semen Plantaginis.
