摘要 目的探讨帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛对老年患者术后镇痛效果的影响。方法 88例接受腹部手术治疗的老年患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组患者手术结束前滴注生理盐水;观察组患者手术结束前滴注帕瑞昔布钠。结果观察组患者术后镇痛效果明显优于对照组;VAS评分的改善幅度明显大于对照组;两组均没有观察到任何不良反应。结论帕瑞昔布钠超前镇痛对于老年患者术后镇痛效果非常明显。 Objective To explore the the effects of parecoxib sodium preemptive analgesia for elderly patients with postoperative analgesia. Methods 88 elderly patients who underwent abdominal surgical treatment were divided into control group and observation group, each group of 44 cases,Patients of the control group were dripped by normal saline before the end of operation.The patients of the observation group were dripped by parecoxib sodium before the end of infusion. Results The postoperative analgesic effect of patients in the observation group was better than control group. VAS score improved significantly greater than the control group; the two groups were not observed any adverse reaction. Conclusion the application of preemptive analgesia effects of parecoxib on accept operation treatment of elderly patients with postoperative analgesia effect is very obvious.
