摘要
目的采用干化学分析方法和尿沉渣镜检方法分析尿液白细胞的结果,探讨两种方法在临床尿常规检测中的应用价值。方法采用两种方法检测患者尿液中白细胞,统计两种方法检测情况,进行对比分析。结果干化学分析法测定白细胞阳性率为14.82%,尿沉渣镜检方法测定的白细胞阳性率为12.14%,两组比较组间资料采用x2检验,两组资料间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。采用两种测定方法得出的结果互有交叉,尿沉渣镜检白细胞阳性而干化学分析法阴性的占2.14%,尿沉渣镜检白细胞阴性而干化学分析法阳性的占4.82%。结论干化学分析方法和尿沉渣镜检方法的操作原理不同,各有所长,在临床上将两种方法有效地结合起来,可以互相补充,为临床提供更为准确的诊断与治疗的依据。
Objective To discuss the application value of dry chemical analysis method and urine sediment examination method in the clinical routine urine testing through analyzing the urine leukocyte with the two methods. Methods The two methods were used to detect the urine leukocyte of patients. The detection situation of the two methods were collected and analyzed comparatively. Results The leukocyte positive rate detected by the dry chemical analysis method was 14.82% and leukocyte positive rate detected by the urine sediment examination method was 12.14%.x2 test showed that the two group were not significantly different (P ~ 0.05).The two detection methods overlapped to some extent.The patients who were leukocyte-positive in dry chemical analysis but negative in urine sediment examination accounted for 2.14% and the patients who were leukocyte-negative in dry chemical analysis but positive in urine sediment examination accounted for 4.82%. Conclusion The dry chemical analysis method and the urine sediment examination method have different operational mechanism and advantages.Effective combinatidn of the two methods in clinical practice can complement each other and provide a more accurate clinical diagnosis and treatment basis.
