普外科伴糖尿病高龄患者围手术期的护理

Perioperative care of elderly patients with general surgery and diabetes

目的探讨普外科伴糖尿病高龄患者围手术期的护理方法与效果。方法将2010年12月～2012年3月进行手术治疗的高龄胆石病伴糖尿病患者106例，随机分为对照组和干预组，每组53例。对照组只进行常规护理，而干预组在对照组的基础上进行饮食指导、心理护理和血糖控制等一系列综合护理。结果与对照组相比，干预组的低血糖及并发症的发生率明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对高龄糖尿病伴胆石病患者进行一系列综合护理，对于减少术后并发症的发生，降低患者的血糖值有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perioperative care of elderly patients with general surgery and diabetes. Methods 106 patients with elderly gallstone disease associated with diabetes in our hospital from December 2010 to March 2012 were divided into control group（53）,took by routine care and the intervention group（53）,took by dietary guidance,psychological care and glycemic control on the basis of the control group. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia and complications of the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion A series of integrated care for elderly diabetes with gallstone patients,can effectively reduce the value of the patient＇s blood sugar and reduce the incidence of post-operative complications.
