膀胱癌患者社会支持与希望相关性分析研究

Study on social support and hope in bladder cancer patients with correlation analysis

目的研究膀胱癌患者的社会支持和希望水平情况以及两者之间的关系。方法应用社会支持评定量表、Herth希望量表对50例膀胱癌患者进行测评,选50名正常人作对照组进行相关性分析研究。结果膀胱癌患者社会支持总分、客观支持分、主观支持分和对支持的利用度处于较低水平且与希望总体呈正相关。结论加强对膀胱癌患者的社会支持力度,可以使患者的希望水平得到有效提升。

Objective To study the social support and hope level condition in bladder cancer patients and their relationship. Methods 50 bladder cancer patients were tested with social support rate scale and herth hope index, compared with 50 normal persons for control group. Results Bladder cancer patients with total scores of social support, objective support, subjective support and utilization of support were in a low level and were positively correlated with hope. Conclusion Strengthen social support to bladder cancer patients can improve the hope in patients effectively.
