真空旋切系统在乳腺外科微创手术中的应用

Mammotome system in the minimally invasive surgery of the breast surgery

目的研究超声引导下真空旋切系统在乳腺外科微创手术中的应用价值和可行性。方法收集2010年10月～2012年6月于本院乳腺外科接受手术治疗的153例良性乳腺肿瘤患者作为临床研究资料,将其中接受超声引导下真空旋切系统治疗的82例患者作为A组,71例接受常规切除术的患者作为B组。观察比较两组患者的手术及并发症情况。结果两组患者手术均获成功,A组患者的手术时间,切口长度,术中出血量以及切口愈合时间均显著低于B组。两组患者术后切口均愈合良好,未发现严重并发症,复查彩超均未发现复发病例。结论真空旋切系统在乳腺外科微创手术中的应用已经取得了良好疗效,具有微创,美观,定位准确等优势,值得推广。

Objective To study the application value and feasibility of the ultrasound guided mammotome vacuum system in treatment of breast surgery with minimally invasive operation. Methods The clinical data of 153 cases of patients with benign breast tumor who underwent operation treatment from 2010 October to 2012 June in our hospital during breast surgery was researched. 82 patients in group A underwent ultrasound-guided Mammotome vacuum system operation, 71 patients who received conventional resection for patients was as a group B. The operation indices and complications in all patients were observed and compared. Results The operation in all patients were successful, the indices of operation time, incision length, the amount of intraoperative bleeding and wound healing time in the group A were significantly lower than B group. The incision in two groups healed well, no severe complications occurred and no recurrent cases were found by color Doppler uhrasonography. Conclusion Mammotome vacuum system in treatment of breast surgery with minimally invasive operation had achieved good effect with advantages of minimally invasive, appearance, accurate positioning and so on, it was worth of clinical application.
