腹腔镜胆囊切除术后并发症16例原因分析及其防治

Cause analysis and prevention of 16 complications cases by laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术后并发症的发生原因,并提出了相应的防治措施。方法选择本院2007年1月～2012年6月收治的胆结石患者200例,采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。结果所有患者治疗成功,共发现胆管损伤并发症16例,发生率为8.0%,并发症患者都及时对症处理后好转出院。单因素分析显示并发症的发生与患者伴发疾病、血浆白蛋白和总胆红素水平相关(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术后可发生胆道损伤并发症,要积极根据发病因素加强防治与处理。

Objective To investigate the complications cause of by laparoscopic cholecystectomy and provide the corresponding control measures. Methods 200 cases of gallstone admitted to our hospital from January 2007 to June 2012 were seleced. All cases were used laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results All patients were successfully treated, and 16 cases had bile duct injury complications, the rate was 8.0%, and complications were timely symptomatic treatment. Univariate analysis showed that the incidence of complications were related to the patient＇s concomitant diseases, serum albumin and total bilirubin levels （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoseopic cholecystectomy can occur the bile duct injury complications. We should actively strengthen the prevention and treatment according to the risk factors.
