连续性血液净化治疗难治性心力衰竭的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of refractory heart failure

目的探讨在难治性心力衰竭治疗中进行连续性血液净化的临床效果。方法选取2009年1月～2012年3月在本院内科住院的37例难治性心力衰竭的患者。术前心功能NYHA分级:Ⅲ级12例,Ⅳ级25例。检测治疗前后血压、心率、血氧饱和度、中心静脉压等指标的变化,并观察治疗效果。结果治疗后37例患者心力衰竭症状全部有不同程度改善。22例显效,14例有效,1例无效,总有效率97.29%。治疗后患者的血压、心率、中心静脉压及血氧饱和度均有明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续性血液净化能显著改善难治性心力衰竭患者的心功能,疗效值得肯定。

Objective To study the effects of continuous blood purification in the treatment of refractory heart failure. Methods From January 2009 to March 2012,37 patients with drug resistant heart failure were treated by continuous blood purification. 37 patients received continuous blood purification. 12 patients with function NYHA class m ,and 25 with class 1V .Blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation, central venous pressure were checked before and after treatment. Results After treatment for 37 patients with heart failure symptoms are all improved in different degrees. Effective in 22 cases, effective in 14 cases, 1 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 97.29%. After treatment in patients with heart rate, blood pressure respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation, central venous pressure were significantly improved（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion CBP is an effective method in treatment of refractory heart failure. Its efficacy is worth affirmation.
