摘要
本研究采用美国制造的电子角度测量仪对8名健康志愿者腕关节的屈、伸、尺外展和桡外展等功能位置多次重复检测 ,以评定该仪器的信度与效度。结果显示组内和组间信度检验指标AverageMeasurIntraclassCorrelation及95 %C.I.Lower与upper均处于0.900与1.000之间 ,提示该电子角度测量仪有很好的信度与效度 ,能准确测量ROM ,对查找关节活动的障碍因素,明确障碍程度 。
The Electronic Angle Assessment made in USA was used in the research to evaluate its reliability and validity by way of measuring the functional positions of elbow flexion and extension, ulnar abduction and radial abduction of 8 healthy volunteers repeatedly. The result shows the interclass and the intraclass reliability index of average measure intraclass correlation ,the 95%lower and upper CI are all between 0.900 and 1.000.It suggests that the Electronic Angle Assessment has a very good reliability and validity which can measure the ROM exactly and is reasonable helpful to finding out the impairmental factors of the joints movement, showing out the degree of impairment, making the rehabilitation plans and judging the efficiency of training.
