摘要
目的:提高宫颈胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤的认识、诊治水平。方法:通过对文献的复习,回顾性分析14例宫颈胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤的临床资料。结果:该病好发于青春期晚期及生育年龄,主要表现为阴道不规则出血和宫颈息肉样肿块,病理上大多为ⅠA期,治疗上主要为手术伴化疗。结论:宫颈胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤治疗宜选择综合手术、化疗的方案,年轻患者注意考虑患者保留生育功能的要求。
Objective： To review the diagnosis and treatment of embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of cervix. Methods： Through the review of the literature, 14 cases of embryonal rhabdomyosareomas of the cervix were retrospectively analyzed. Results： In most cases, the common clinical manifestations irregular vaginal bleeding and cervical polyp mass, and were usually in late adolescence and repro- ductive period, and in IA stage in pathology. The main therapeutic method is surgery combined with adjuvant chemotherapy. Conclusion： Patients with embryonal rhabdomyosarcomas of the cervix should be treated with surgery followed by chemotherapy, and the retaining of young peo- ple＇s fertility potential should be taken into consideration.
