摘要
目的研究消肿止痛膏的制备工艺及质量控制标准。方法以大黄、红花、黄柏等十多味中药制成消肿止痛软膏,并采用薄层色谱法对处方中的大黄、红花、黄柏进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定栀子苷的含量。结果用薄层色谱法能鉴别出黄柏、大黄、红花的含量测定。结论本品处方组成合理,制备简单,质量控制方法简单易行。
Objective To research the preparation process and quality control standards of swelling and analgesic cream. Methods The swelling and analgesic cream was made by more than a dozen herbs with rhubarb,safflower,treats,and used TLC method to identify rhubarb,safflower,cork in prescription. Used HPLC method to determine geniposide. Results TLC method can identify cork,rhubarb,safflower content. Conclusion This production is reasonable prescription composition,simple preparation,quality control method is simple.
