奥拉西坦治疗老年重型颅脑损伤患者的效果研究

Clinical study of oxiracetam in the treatment of senile patients with severe brain injury

目的分析奥拉西坦治疗老年重型颅脑损伤患者的临床效果。方法将60例老年重型颅脑损伤患者分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。观察组给予静脉注射4.0g奥拉西坦与5%葡萄糖注射液混合溶液250mL,1次/d,若患者颅脑较重则加大剂量,2次/d。对照组降低脑水肿、颅内压药物,根据病情制定手术治疗方法。比较两组神经功能缺损评分,Barthel评分,简易智能精神状态检查量表。结果观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥拉西坦治疗老年重型颅脑损伤,提高治疗预后效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxiracetam in treatment of senile heavy craniocerebral injury patients. Methods 60 cases with old heavy craniocerebral injury in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,each group of 30 cases.The observation group treated by intravenous injection of 250 mL mixed solution of 4.0 g oxiracetam and 5% glucose,1 time/d,if patients with craniocerebral heavier, increased dosage,2 times / d.Control group reduced cerebral edema and intracranial pressure drugs,formulated according to the illness surgical treatment method. Compared nerve function defect seore,Barthel score,simple intelligent mental state examination （MMSE） scale of two groups. Results The treatment effect of observation group was better than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oxiracetam in the treatment of senile patients with severe brain injury can improve treatment prognosis,is worthy of clinical use.
