复方玄驹胶囊联合氯米芬片对特发性少弱精子症精液质量的影响

Effect of Fufang Xuanju capsule coupled with clomiphene citrate tablets on semen quality in idiopathic oligoasthenospermia

目的观察复方玄驹胶囊联合应用氯米芬片治疗特发性少弱精子症的疗效。方法将135例特发性少弱精子症患者分为两组。实验组口服复方玄驹胶囊+氯米芬片,对照组口服氯米芬片,共治疗12周,比较两组各自治疗前后精液各参数及组间差异。结果治疗后,实验组在精液质量、总有效率、妊娠率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊联合应用氯米芬片可显著改善精子密度,精子活力和精子活率,从而提高治疗效率,增加妊娠率,所以联合用药治疗特发性少弱精子症疗效确切且效果优于单用氯米芬片。

Objective To observe the effect of Fufang xuanju capsule coupled with clomiphene tablets on idiopathic oligoasthenospermia. Methods 135 patients with idiopathic oligoasthenospermia were divided into two groups. Experimental group was treated with both Fufang Xuanju capsule and clomiphene citrate tablets. The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate tablets only by oral administration. The treatment course lasted for 12 weeks. Semen parameters in experimental and control group were compared before and after the treatment and the difference between the two groups. Results After treatment, with a significant difference（P 〈 0.05）, semen quality, total effective rate, and pregnancy rate in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Fufang Xuanju capsule coupled with clomiphene citrate tablets is superior to clomiphene citrate tablets only in the treatment of idiopathic oligoasthenospermia by improving the density, vitality and motility rate of semen and increasing pregnancy rate.
