等基线多波长覆盖融合结合相对校正因子测定丹参中3种成分含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立以等基线多波长覆盖融合技术结合相对校正因子计算方法同时测定丹参药材中丹酚酸B、迷迭香酸、紫草酸含量的方法。方法等基线三波长覆盖融合后以丹酚酸B为内标成分,建立迷迭香酸、紫草酸与丹酚酸B的相对校正因子,比较等基线多波长覆盖融合结合校正因子法与外标法含量测定结果之间的差异。结果 8批丹参药材中3个指标性成分,采用等基线多波长覆盖融合结合相对校正因子法计算的含量值与外标法实测值之间差异无统计学意义。结论等基线多波长覆盖融合结合相对校正因子法可用于丹参中3种成分含量的同时测定,为中药质量评价提供了新的方法。 Objective To establish the method of baseline multi-wavelength coverage fusion technology combined with the relative correction factor calculated simultaneous determination of salvianolic acid B, rosmarinic acid, lithospermic acid content. Methods Salvianolic acid B as internal standard component after three wavelength fusion, to established relative correction factor with rosmarinic acid," lithospermic acid and salvianolic acid B. The difference between the results of the method of baseline multi-wavelength coverage fusion technology combined with the relative correction factor and the external standard method content determination were compared. Results Three index components of the 8 batches of Salvia miltiorrhiza from different producing fusion technology combined with the relative correction factor calculated content values and the area around china had no significant difference between the baseline muhieom wavelength coverage measured values of the external standard method. Conclusion Simultaneous determination of baseline coverage fusion combined with the relative correction factor method could be used for the Salvia three ingredients, and also provided a new method for the quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.
