多样性护理方式在糖尿病护理中的应用价值

The value of diversity care in diabetes

目的探讨多样性护理方式在糖尿病护理中的应用价值。方法以湖北省通城县人民医院2010年3月～2012年3月收治的120例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,其中研究组60例,实施多样性方式护理,对照组60例采取常规方式护理,比较两组的治疗依从性及疗效。结果护理前,两组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,研究组的血糖较对照组明显改善。研究组患者中低血糖发生率明显低于对照组。结论对2型糖尿病患者采取多样性方式护理明显提高了患者治疗的依从性,血糖得以明显改善,生存质量得以提高,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To explore the value of diversity care in diabetes. Methods A sampale of 120 type 2 diabetes from March 2010 to March 2012.They were randomly divided into study group and control group.Sixty diabetics were enforced diversity care,while others were enforced routine care.Compared dependence and effect. Results There was no statistically significant difference on FPG and PBG before nursing care（P〈 0.05）.There was significant difference on blood sugar（P 〉 0.05）.Compared to control,glycopenia incidence rate was lower. Conclusion diversity care can significant improve dependence of type 2 diabetes,blood sugar and life can be improved.
