摘要
目的探讨种植牙修复牙列缺损的临床效果。方法选择牙列缺损患者57例,植入种植体73颗,3～6个月后行冠修复,定期复查,检查种植体与周围软硬组织的结合情况和修复体使用情况。结果经1～2年观察,1例出现牙龈轻度萎缩、食物嵌塞,1例出现基台松动,1例未能达到骨结合,其余患者各项评价指标良好。结论种植牙修复牙列缺损临床效果良好,但修复设计需合理,操作需规范,并要定期复查。
Objective To study the clinical effect of dental implant in the restoration of dentition defect. Methods 57 patients with defect of dentition,73 cases were implanted, took crown repaired after 3-6 months, periodic reviewed, an examination of the situations and prosthesis usage of the implant and the surrounding hard and soft tissues. Results After 1-2 years observation,1 case of gingival atrophy and food impaction, abutment loosening occurred in 1 case,1 case failed to achieve osseointegration,the evaluation indexes of the remaining patients were good. Conclusion Dental implant restoration of dentition defect clinical effect is good, But the repair design must be reasonable,operation needs to be regulated, and to regularly review.
