消化性溃疡200例内科临床治疗分析

Clinical experience of treating 200 patients with peptic ulcer medicine

目的对200例消化性溃疡内科治疗进行探讨。方法选取2008年1月～2011年1月医院收治的200例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组100例患者,观察组在对照组的基础上,结合患者的具体症状,进行有针对性的药物治疗。结果经过内科治疗之后,观察组患者的有效率为98%,对照组的有效率为83%,观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内科治疗措施能够有效减少溃疡复发、提高胃溃疡愈合质量、迅速控制胃溃疡面积,减少复发率,使溃疡病治疗更有效、更合理、更科学。

Objective To explore the effect of 200 cases of patients with peptic ulcer medical treatment. Methods 200 patients admitted in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2011 as the object of study,were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,100 patients in each group,the observation group on the basis of the control group,combined with the patient＇s specific symptoms,targeted drug therapy. Results After medical treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 98% the control group was 83%,showed that the therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Medical treatment measures can effectively reduce ulcer recurrence,improve the quality of ulcer healing,rapid control of gastric ulcer area,reduce the relapse rate,more efficient,more rational and scientific.
