摘要
目的探讨脑卒中伴吞咽困难患者行早期胃肠内营养支持的临床效果。方法选择同期收治的207例脑卒中患者分为研究组与对照组,治疗组患者给予EN制剂,对照组患者给予自制匀浆膳食。结果治疗8周后,在并发症发生率、住院花费、清蛋白ALB水平、预后神经功能恢复方面(63.4%和91.5%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者行早期胃肠内营养支持有益于改善患者全身营养及免疫状况,改善预后、降低并发症发生率等显著优点,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical application of EEN on stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods 207 cases of stroke patients in hospital were retrospectively analyzed and divided into different groups. EEN and homemade homogenate meals methods has been given. Results After 8 weeks treatment, complications rato, money cost,ALB level and post-treatment nerve function recovery ( 63.4% vs 91.5% ) of treatment group patients has statistically advantages than control group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition method can optimize patients' body situation and lessen complication ratio, so it should be used widely on stroke disease.
