胸腺肽治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎临床观察

Thymosin alpha in the treatment of children with acute viral myocarditis

目的探讨胸腺肽治疗小儿急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法选取2011年1月～2012年1月期间山西省安泽县人民医院收治的68例急性病毒性心肌炎患儿,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患儿给予常规口服中药颗粒进行治疗,观察组患儿在对照组患儿的基础上给予胸腺肽注射治疗,比较治疗前后两组患儿改善情况。结果观察组患儿治疗后临床症状、心脏彩超、心电图、肌酸激酶同工酶改善情况明显优于对照组患儿,且观察组T淋巴亚群中CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+提高的程度明显优于对照组患儿,两组患儿比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予急性病毒性心肌炎患儿进行胸腺肽注射液治疗,可以有效地使T淋巴细胞亚群恢复正常,有效的提高临床治疗效果,值得临床广泛的推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thymosin treatment of children with acute viral myocarditis. Methods 68 cases of acute viral myocarditis in children selected in January 2011-2012 in January during Shanxi Province Anze County People＇s Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,the control group were given conventional treatment oral medicine particles,observed group of children in the control group of children on the basis of given thymosin injection therapy,to improve the situation of the two groups of children before and after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms after treatment of children with the observation group,echocardiography,ECG,creatine kiuase isoenzyme improve the situation much better than the children of the control group and the observation group. Puerto group CD3＋T lymphocytes of CD4＋, CD8＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋raise the degree was significantly better than the control group children,children in comparison groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Given the acute viral myocarditis in children with thymosin injection therapy, can be effective in a wide range of promotional and clinical application of T lymphocyte subsets returned to normal,and improve clinical outcomes,it is worthy of promoting and applicating in clinical.
