鼻中隔偏曲矫正术改善变应性鼻炎并鼻中隔偏曲的临床观察

Clinical observation of nasal septum deviation correction surgery on improving allergic rhinitis complicated by nasal septum deviation

目的探讨鼻中隔偏曲矫正术对改善变应性鼻炎并鼻中隔偏曲症状的临床效果。方法选择80例变应性鼻炎并鼻中隔偏曲患者,40例为实验组,施行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术;40例为对照组,采用常规药物治疗。结果治疗后,实验组总有效率为92.5%;对照组总有效率为62.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后复发率分别为2.5%和10.0%,且实验组明显并发症均少。结论鼻中隔偏曲矫正术能有效改善变应性鼻炎并鼻中隔偏曲的症状,且并发症少,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal septum deviation correction surgery on improving the allergic rhinitis complicated by nasal septum deviation. Methods Eighty patients with allergic rhinitis complicated by nasal septum deviation were selected and divided into the experimental group with 40 patients and the control group with 40 patients. The experimental group received the nasal septum deviation correction surgery and the control group received conventional drug therapy, Results After the treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%. The total effective rate of the control group was 62.5% （P 〈 0.05）. The postoperative recurrence rates were 2.5% and 10.0% in the two groups respectively and the experimental group had significantly fewer complications. Conclusion Nasal septum deviation correction surgery can effectively improve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis complicated by nasal septum deviation and causes few complications, thereby worthy of clinical promotion.
