摘要 启动工况是车用发动机的主要动态工况之一,燃料电池发动机在启动过程中的效率特性可以很好地反映该发动机的动态性能。通过试验研究的方法分别对氢气利用率、燃料电池堆效率以及系统效率随着启动时间的变化特性进行了分析,并对负载上升时出现的效率异常现象进行了研究。最终得到了燃料电池发动机在启动过程中的效率特性和影响效率的因素。 As the start-up process is one of the main dynamic conditions of vehicular engine, the efficiency characteristics of the fuel cell engine during startup may well reflect the dynamic performance of the engine. The dynamic responses of the hydrogen utilization ratio, the stack efficiency and system efficiency were analyzed respectively through experimental methods and then the paper studied the abnormal phenomenon that the practical stack efftciency exceeded the theoretical value as the load increased. Finally the efficiency characteristics and their influence factors of fuel cell engine during the start-up were obtained.
