针对行人小腿保护的SUV前保结构设计与优化 被引量:3

摘要 为达到保护行人小腿的目的,提出了适用于SUV的前保结构概念设计,并建立了有限元模型。采用响应面法和序列二次规划法,研究了前保部件的厚度参数对小腿评价指标的影响,并对前保结构进行了多目标优化。结果表明,优化后的前保结构可以满足国内行人保护法规,并降低了成本。 In view of pedestrian lower leg protection, a concept design of SUV front bumper strt,cture was proposed and the finite dement model was built. Based on response surthce method and sequential quadratic programming, the influence of thickness parameters on pedestrian lower leg protection was studied. And the multi-ob.iective optimization of front bumper structure was performed. The result shows that the optimized ti'ont bumper can meet the Chinese pedestrian protocol and the cost is reduced.
