复方利多卡因乳膏减轻患儿扩张器植入术后注水疼痛的效果观察

Observation on compound lidocaine cream reducing children saline injection pain after expander implantation

目的探讨复方利多卡因乳膏局部涂抹扩张器植入术后扩张皮瓣内置壶上方的皮肤对减轻患儿注水时穿刺的疼痛的效果。方法 60例扩张器植入术后注水的患儿,分为2组,30例为对照组用常规方法:给患儿营造一个温馨的环境,和患儿交朋友,放一些患儿喜欢的动画片主题曲或儿歌,消除患儿紧张、恐惧的心理。30例为实验组:用复方利多卡因乳膏局部涂抹扩张皮瓣内置壶上方的皮肤,采用面部表情量表评估患儿扩张器注水时的疼痛程度。结果穿刺注水疼痛程度的评估,实验组与对照组比较,疼痛程度明显减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组无一例发生剧烈疼痛。穿刺注水成功率显著提高(P<0.01)。结论复方利多卡因乳膏局部涂抹扩张皮瓣内置壶上方的皮肤明显减轻患儿扩张器注水引起的疼痛,镇痛效果良好,患儿扩张器注水依从性提高,成功率高。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound lidocaine cream decreasing pain inducting by punctures in patients with saline injection of tissue expander. Methods 60 patients with saline injection of tissue expander were randomLy divided into experiment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Traditional ways including warm environment, friendly attitude and pleasant cartoon songs were used in control group,and compound lidocaine cream was used in experiment group.The pain degree of puncture injection is assessed by the facial expressions scale. Results Compared with the puncture pain degree of evaluation in experiment group decreased significantly, showed significant difference （P 〈 0.01）,and no one case of severe pain occured in experimental group. Puncture injection success rate increased significantly（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream can decrease pain inducing by punctures,and increase comfort in patients with saline injection to fill the expander.
