中西医结合治疗脂肪肝的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of integrative medicine integrative medicine in the treatment of fatty liver

目的探讨中西医结合治疗脂肪肝的疗效与安全性。方法对确诊的1000例脂肪肝患者进行随机分组研究。按照随机数字表法随机分为两组。观察组500例应用中西医结合疗法治疗,对照组500例应用西医药物进行治疗。比较两组的疗效及治疗前后AST、ALT、TG的变化情况及不良反应。结果观察组的临床治疗有效率为96%,对照组的临床治疗有效率为77%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组与对照组的AST、ALT、TG等指标比较均无明显差异,治疗后,两组AST、ALT、TG均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义,且观察组的AST、ALT、TG明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上采用中西医结合的方法治疗脂肪肝效果更好,不良反应少,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of integrative medicine treatment of fatty liver. Methods 1 000 cases diagnosed fatty liver patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table. 500 cases in the observation group were given Chinese and western medicine therapy, 500 patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine. Efficacy and the changes of AST, ALT, TG before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of clinical observation group was 96%, the control group was 77%. Efficiency were compared between two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. AST, ALT, TG of the observation group and the control group before treatment showed no significant differences.AST, ALT, TG was significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant. AST, ALT, TG of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integrative clinical treatment of fatty liver is better, less adverse reactions, worthy of promotion and application.
