暴发性1型糖尿病1例

One case of fulminant type 1 diabetes

暴发性1型糖尿病是近年来提出的1型糖尿病的新亚型。它以突发的胰岛β细胞功能完全丧失、血糖急剧升高而无糖尿病相关自身抗体为特征。该型糖尿病呈急性起病,如未及时诊断及治疗,可危及生命,是内分泌代谢性疾病中的急危重症。本资料通过对1例暴发性1型糖尿病的观察,分析其临床特征及可能的发病机制,以引起对该病的重视,做到早期诊断,积极抢救。

Fulminant type 1 diabetes which was putted forward recently is a new subtype. Its characteristics are the islet 13 -cell functional incapacitation completely and sporadically, blood glucose elevation rapidly and without antoantibodies related to diabetes mellitus. Fulminant type 1 diabetes which is severe acute endocrinal and metabolic diseases should be diagnosed and treated timely in order to avoid threat to life. One case of fulminant type 1 diabetes and analyze the clinical features and possible nosogenesis was observed, in order to pay attention to the disease, diagnose earlier and to rescue actively.
