腹腔镜下治疗异位妊娠的疗效评价

Effect evaluation of laparoscope therapy for ectopic pregnancy

目的观察腹腔镜下微创手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选取医院2007年2月～2009年2月73例异位妊娠的患者,分为腹腔镜组和开腹组两组,其中腹腔镜组手术操作均在腹腔镜下进行,开腹组用采用常规手术方式,包括输卵管开窗术和切除术,比较两组患者的住院时间、术中出血量以及术后肛门排气时间、镇痛药物使用情况共四项手术指标。结果腹腔镜组患者住院时间、术中出血量以及术后肛门排气时间、镇痛药物使用情况等指标和保留患者生育能力的状况均好于开腹组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜微创手术较以往的开腹手术有很大程度的改进,可大大缩短住院时间、减少术中出血量及手术时间,从而减轻患者痛苦,加快疾病转愈,应在临床上进一步得到推广。

Objective To observe the taparoscopic minimally invasive surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical effects. Methods 73 cases of ectopic pregnancy in patients from February 2007 to February 2009 were divided into two groups respectively, for the laparoscopic group and open group, including the laparos^opic group operative laparoscopic laparotomy group with conventional surgery, including tubal fenestration and resection. The two groups were compared hospitalization time, blood loss, and postoperative anal exhaust time, the use of analgesic drugs four surgical indicators. Results The laparoscopic group hospitalization time, blood loss, and postoperative anal exhaust time, analgesic drug use and other indicators, and the conditions were better preserve fertility in patients in the laparotomy group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery have a large degree of improvement compared to the conventional open surgery, can greatly shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce blood loss apd operative time, so as to reduce the suffering of patients and accelerate the disease turn more clinical further promotion.
