锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折38例疗效分析

Analysis of efficacy of locking compression plate in treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture

目的探讨锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的疗效。方法选取永州市中心医院收治的应用锁定加压钢板治疗的肱骨外科颈骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组行三叶草型钢板内固定,观察组采用锁定加压钢板治疗。比较分析两组的临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量以及骨折愈合时间。结果观察组治疗后优良率高于对照组,观察组的手术时间和骨折愈合时间短于对照组,观察组术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折内固定疗效确切,术中出血少,并发症少,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of locking compression plate in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture. Methods The patients with humeral surgical neck fracture treated with locking compression plate in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received clover plate internal fixation and the observation group received locking compression plate treatment. The clinical efficacy,operative time,intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The observation group had higher post-treatment excellent and good rate,shorter operative time and fracture healing time,and less intraoperative blood loss compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The locking compression plate shows exact efficacy,little blood loss and few complications in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture,thereby worthy of promotion and application.
