常规疗法配合康复锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical observation on conventional therapy combined with rehabilitation exercise for Treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察常规疗法配合康复锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将120位腰椎间盘突出症患者分为两组,对照组60例,采用常规治疗,即普通牵引及药物输液;观察组60例,在常规治疗基础上,指导应用康复锻炼方法治疗。治疗2周后观察两组患者VAS视觉疼痛评分及腰椎屈伸活动度。结果治疗2周后,两组患者VAS视觉疼痛评分比较,观察组改善明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组腰椎屈伸活动度比较,观察组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论康复锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗具有促进作用。

Objective To observe the conventional therapy combined with rehabilitation exercises clinical eiticacy for the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation. Methods 120 patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation were randomLy divided into two groups, the control group of 60 patients with conventional treatment,namely the ordinary traction and drug infusion.60 cases of the observation group are treated by guiding the application of rehabilitation exercises on the basis of ennventinnal, therapy.VAS visual pain scores and lumbar range of motion of the t^o groups were ohserved after two weeks of treatment. Results After two weeks of treatment,the observation group improved significantly compared with VAS visual pain scores of the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group improved significantly by comparison of two groups of lumbar flexion and extension activity after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation exercises have promoter action to the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation.
