保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效对比

Efficacy comparison of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy for treating early-stage breast cancer

目的探讨保乳手术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2011年2月～2012年2月分别应用保乳手术与改良根治术治疗的早期乳腺癌患者的临床资料。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,两组各观察指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组乳房美容效果优良率为90.0%,明显优于对照组的15.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为15.0%,明显低于对照组的35.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组局部复发率和转移率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效明显优于改良根治术,值得推广应用。

Objective To probe into the clinic efficacy of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy for treating early-stage breast cancer. Methods The clinic data of early-stage breast cancer patients treated respectively by breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy in the author＇s hospital from Feb.2011 to Feb.2012 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operation time and hospital stays of observation group were shorter than those of control group.The amount of bleeding in the operation of observation was obviously less than that of control group.The differences in the observation index between two groups had statistical significance （P ~ O.05）;the excellent rate of breast cosmetic results in observation group was 90.0%,obviously better than that of control group（15.0%）.The difference between two groups had statistical significance（P 〈 O.05）;the occurrence rate of postoperative complications of observation group was 15.0%,which was obviously lower than 35.0% of control group. The difference between two groups had statistical significance（P 〈 O.05）.However,the differences in local recurrence rate and transfer rate between two groups had no statistical meaning（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of breast- conserving surgery is obviously better than modified radical mastectomy for treating early-stage breast cancer.h is worthy of populization and application.
