目的对茶碱缓释片含量测定的前处理方法提出修改建议。方法比较茶碱缓释片含量测定4种前处理方法所得结果,并对各操作进行评价。结果热水水浴法所得结果及精密度均优于其他3种方法。结论应参照热水水浴法对药典的方法进行修订。

Objective To put forward the revision suggestions for determination of theophylline sustained release tablets pretreatment methods. Methods Comparison of theophylline sustained release tablets before determination of four kinds of processing results. And evaluation of the various operation. Results Hot water bath method results and the precision were better than the other three kinds of methods. Conclusion The pharmacopoeia method should be revised consulting the hot water bath method.
