摘要 目的为了让县级医院年轻护士尽快的适应临床护理工作,提高护士的工作积极性,探讨分析县级医院护士的培训模式。方法对140名县级医院的年轻护士进行业务技能调查,再对140名护士和30名护士长进行培训模式调查。结果县级医院年轻护士对疾病护理的相关知识与技能、对患者疾病预防和健康照顾的技能掌握不够,对现有的培训方式不满意,大部分护士和护士长希望先定科再进修,尽早有归属感。结论进行专业的培训能够让护士形成独立分析、敏锐观察、独立解决问题的能力;县级医院年轻护士先定科再进修可以让年轻护士尽早有归属感,减轻各科室带教的压力,提高护士护理工作的积极性。 Objective To investigate the young nurse standardization training mode of the county-level hospitals and improve the enthusiasm of the nurses' work. Methods The business skills survey of 140 young nurses of county - level hospitals were investigated and trained mode survey of 140 nurses and 30 nursing officer. Results The knowledge and skills of the young nurse disease care county hospitals, patients with disease prevention and health care skills to master enough, dissatisfied with the existing approach to training, most of the nurses and matron fixed division to pursue further studies as soon as possible a sense of belonging. Conclusion Professional training allows the nurses to the formation of an independent analysis, keen observation and the ability to solve problems independently. Young nurse first set of county hospitals branch again education allows young nurse as soon as possible to have a sense of belonging to alleviate the pressure of the various departments with teaching and improve nurse care the enthusiasm of the work.
