清开灵注射液治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎40例疗效观察

Curative effect of Qingkailing injections on treating 40 cases of patients with pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia

目的比较中医与西医两种方法治疗儿童呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的效果。方法选取本院收治的呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿40例,将患儿分为对照组(20例)和实验组(20例),实验组给予清开灵注射液,并联合使用儿童清肺口服液,对照组患儿采用利巴韦林结合盐酸氨溴索。结果实验组患儿治疗有效率优于对照组。结论采用清开灵治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎疾病,获得较好的临床疗效。

Objective To compare the two methods of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of the treatment effect of children＇s respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia. Methods Selected 40 eases of respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia of children in our hospital,these children were randomly divided into control group （20 patients） and experimental group （20 patients）,experimental group were treated with qingkailing injections,and combination of children＇s lung,oral liquid,control group with ammonia bromine used ribavirin in combination with hydrochloric acid. Results The clinical efficiency of experimental group was better than control group,there was statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Use qingkailing injections on treating pediatric respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia can get good clinical curative effect.
