自拟通腑化痰汤治疗出血性脑卒中临床疗效分析

Clinical observation on treatment of hemorrhagic brain stroke by self-prescribedTongfu Huatan decoction

目的观察自拟通腑化痰汤治疗出血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法将110例患者分为2组,治疗组55例采用常规治疗基础上加口服(灌肠)自拟通腑化痰汤,对照组55例只采用常规方案治疗,疗程为14d。结果治疗组与对照组相比效果明显,二者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组比较,治疗组CT显示血肿全部吸收例数较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自拟通腑化痰汤治疗出血性脑卒中在促进颅内血肿吸收、恢复脑神经功能、有效缓解临床症状方面,安全可靠,具有满意疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect on the treatment of hemorrhagic brain stroke with STFHTD. Methods 110 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group,55 cases were treated with conventional therapy and oral STFHTD.The control group,55 cases were treated by conventional therapy only.The courses of treatment were both 14 days. Results The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than the control group＇s.And there was a significant difference between the two（P 〈 0.01）. After treatment,comparison of two groups,there was a significant difference between the two group on hematoma absorption with CT （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion STFHTD in treatment of hemorrhagic stroke in promote the absorption of intracranial hematoma, cerebral nerve function recovery,and alleviate the clinical symptoms, is safe and reliable,with satisfactory effect.So it is worthy of clinical application.
