中西医结合治疗老年呼吸系统疾病的临床分析

Clinical experience of combined Chinese and western therapy in treatment of elderly patients with respiratory diseases

目的对中西医结合治疗老年呼吸系统疾病的临床疗效进行分析。方法以本院2011年6月～2012年6月治疗的144例呼吸系统疾病的老年患者为研究对象。对照组使用静脉滴注氨茶碱和菌必治,口服甘氨合剂进行治疗,同时予以对症治疗和支持治疗;在对照组治疗的基础上予以中医辨证治疗的患者纳入观察组。分组治疗后,对两组患者的临床症状消失时间及有效率进行比较,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者总有效率为95.8%,高于对照组(81.9%)的总有效率,观察组患者症状消失时间均较对照组有优势,均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗老年呼吸系统疾病较西医疗法具有疗效显著,住院时间短等优势,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese and western therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with respiratory diseases and summarize the clinical experience. Methods 144 elderly patients with respiratory diseases treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were selected as the study subject. The patients receiving the intravenous infusion of aminophylline and ceftriaxone, the oral administration of glyeyl mixture and the symptomatic treatment and supportive treatmen! were assigned to the control group; The patients receiving additional Chinese differential treatment on the basis of the control group were assigned to the observation group. After treatment, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the effective rates of the two groups were compared and analyzed statistically. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.80/0, which was higher than the 81.9% of the control group, with statistically significant differenee（P .〈 0.05）; The observation group was superior to the control group in the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, with statistically significant differenee（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined Chinese and western therapy has significant efficacy, short hospital stay and other advantages in the treatment of elderly patients with respiratory diseases, thereby worth clinical promotion and application.
