摘要
目的分别测定猴头菇菌丝体、猴头菇发酵液提取的粗多糖中的多糖含量。方法采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法,利用紫外分光光度计测定多糖含量,样品与对照品分别在450~750nm波长范围内扫描。结果最大吸收波长为(625±1)nm,猴头菇多糖检测浓度在20~100μg/mL(r2=0.999)范围内与吸光度线性关系良好;加样回收率为96.0%。结论猴头菇菌丝体与发酵液提取的粗多糖中多糖含量均能达到30%以上。
Objective Content determination of crude polysaccharide form hericium erinaceus from mycelium and Fermentation Broth. Methods Determination of polysaccharide by Anthrone-sulphuric Acid colrimetry, the sample and the control was scanning, respectively in 450 - 750hm. Results Maximum absorption wavelength at (625±1)nm, The linear ranges of polysaccharide form hericium erinaceus were in the range of 20 - 100 Iμ g/mL(r^2=0.999), The recoveries of active ingredients were 96.0%. Conclution Determination of crude Polysaccharide form Hericium erinaceus in mycelium and fermentation broth reached top of 30%.
