骨外科患者术后疼痛的舒适护理

Study on the comfort care protocols in treatment of orthopedic post-operative pain

目的探讨舒适护理对骨外科患者术后疼痛治疗的效果。方法158例行骨外科手术病例按随机原则分为实验组以及对照组各79例，对照组采用骨外科护理常规进行术后护理，而实验组有针对性制定及运用舒适护理措施。结果以两组患者术后1-3d疼痛评分比较，实验组患者术后疼痛激烈程度明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；实验组患者对护理质量满意程度明显较对照组高（P〈0．05）。结论开展骨外科舒适护理模式可有效地缓解手术引起的疼痛，提高整体护理质量，提升患者护理满意度。

Objective To discuss the influence of comfort care protocols for relieving the pain after orthopedic surgery. Methods All 158 patients who suffered orthopedic surgeries were randomly divided into two groups,treated group（79 eases were treated by comfort care interventions） and controlled group（79 eases were just given routine nursing care）. Analgesic effect and patient satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results Treated group patients suffered significantly lighter orthopedic post-operative pain than controlled group patients（P 〈 0.05）,and the satisfaction rate of treated group patients was obviously higher than that of controlled group patients（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfort care protocols can effectively relieve the orthopedic post-operative pain,improve the nursing quality after orthopedic operation and the patient satisfaction rate.
