Analysis of 68 cases of misdiagnosed upper airway cough syndrome in children

目的分析我院儿童上气道咳嗽综合征误诊原因。方法对我院68例儿童上气道咳嗽综合征患者资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果儿童上气道咳嗽综合征误诊率高。结论临床医生对上气道咳嗽综合征要有明确认识,尽早针对病因治疗是治疗关键。

Objective To analyze the misdiagnosis causes of upper airway cough syndrome in children. Methods Data of 68 children with upper airway cough syndrome in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results The misdiagnosis rate of upper airway cough syndrome in children was high. Conclusion The clinicians should have a clear understanding of the upper airway cough syndrome and early etiological treatment is the key to treatment.
